Every time my order is incomplete

August 2013 my order was incomplete meaning, Tabasheer perfume offer no lotion only roll on, and Mascara offer you send only 1 item instance of 3 items But all this shortages no explanation of what will happen after? but these item still on the September magazine. My customers were looking for handbags still no explanation of either out of stock, etc. In July I have ordered 2 roll on Carpe Diem you pack 2 Cologne and I return 1 cologne there is no credit note sms send to me but my principal claim that she did return it. In January 2013 I did order Mascara and it was invoiced on the 29/01/2013 but never packed.

Please address this problem because am turning off my potential customers..
