I recently ordered Avon products from Siena Seetso. I have been buying from her on a regular basis but have never had any issues. In the recent brochure on page 71 I ordered the smokey diamond glimmer stick for R87-95 plus 1 free of the same colour (item 63896). My order (plus some other items) arrived without the free glimmer stick. Siena has been trying to resolve this with Head Office and they are not helping her at all and giving her a hard time claiming that I did not advise which colour I wanted for free. I find this service unacceptable and also feel that it's false advertising. I also find it shocking that a company like Avon does not wish to sort out the problem at all. All they are saying to Siena is she must send the item back if I do not which to take it without the free item included. Aren't you supposed to look after your sales consultants and your clients?
