I am a Justine consultant (10086692). In the order that i placed on 25th January 2013, i ordered 15 strech mark creams, instead yesterday i received 15 Carpe diem roll on deodorant. I immediately informed my manager Thabisa, she promised to give me feedback the next day, until 3pm i had not heard from her and her phone was on voice mail. I then called the customercare line, was send from pillar to post until i got to talk to Ntombi Radebe. I explained my story and she said the least they could do is to send the correct order by next Tuesday.

Dispite explaining that 2 of my clients needed the product asap cos they're going away the next day and im prepared to collect the order anywhere in the country if i can get it by tomorwo, instead she gave me the whole nonsense about their rules. Rules that were never followed before my order was send away, otherwise my clients wouldnt be inconvineinced. What annoyed me is the lack of sensitivity and reluctance to meet me halfway since this was not my fault. I was told all the managers were not around to listen to my complaint which show low levels leadership at Avin Justine. This is the second time i receive incorrect orders, its PATHETIC!
