The goods ordered is not what the online catalogue showed. Goods were branded and packed while still wet. When it reached me it was of such a state that my client refused to take for promotional purposes. I contacted Blue Lemon asking them for the MD of the companies' details as there is much more to this deal than only this. The name that was given as the MD was one of the Sales Consultants (if you phone them her name is one of the options under sales and her signature reads Chief Create). Merina agreed to credit me, I should only send her images of the goods. I did so, needless to say I am supposed to be on maternity leave and now have to sit with an unhappy client and a supplier not responding! When I had my sister to phone in and ask for the name of the MD she were told it is Jude Daniel... Strange as Marina and Jude's surnames are Daniel and Jude was the Sales consultant that helped me in this mess from day one. So, who would be the real MD of Blue Lemon??
