Absolutely horrible treatment towards guests

My boyfriend and I checked in to the hotel on Friday afternoon and we were not received with any warm welcome or appreciation for choosing this hotel. We were told that check out was at 11am the next morning. We were rudely and abruptly woken with banging on the bedroom door at 10am and told to check out asap. Thereafter every 5 minutes a lady will knock loudly and rudely on the door trying to get us out the room while we were packing and getting ready. I told her we understood that we needed to leave and we were doing exactly what she requested. The Manager then arrives way before 11am and shouts and swears at us absolutely rudely to get out of there asap. I tell him that we need a few minutes so that my boyfriend can finish dress and I ask for respect. He then accuses us of trespassing and threatens to call the police. We finally leave without even being fully dressed and then he says he will charge us for an extra day even though we did not stay an extra night. I then ask him if he treats all his visitors with such disrespect and tell him that it was the worst service we ever received at a hotel and that we will not be visiting ever again.
