On the 28th of August i confirmed my order for tent awnings and side tents with Rynerd. He mentioned it would take -2weeks, which was perfect at that stage, knowing I would be leaving on holiday about 4 weeks later. After a week and half i went into the shop to check whether it might be ready earlier than expected, Rynerd checked and mentioned it would only be ready next week. After phoning the following week, it came out my job card number was incorrelty allocated and it was not sure as to whether work has even commenced? I then spoke to Ryno, as Rynerd was constantly not available, he then informed that theyre behind as they have to deliver 10x kavango to the SAPS. Why then commit to a deadline knowingly they will not be able to deliver on the goods!? I've made more than 16 calls trying to establish whats going on, I only received one call back and that was purely because he didn't find my jobcard... As a result I've had to postpone my holiday plans trying to make alternative arrangements. I'd rather sell my trailer/tent then have to deal with such horrific service levels again...
