We received a typed quotation for a 10 x 15 m HEAVY duty stretch tent - including all poles in the amount of R43000 on the 12th on November.
We ordered the tent on the 13th and was requested to pay a 50% deposit which we immediately did. The tent was manufactured. On the 19th
Of November I received an email informing us that the tent is ready and we have to pay the balance of the purchase price. Once again this was done immediately
After a lot of fighting we eventually received our tent on the 27th on November. Upon opening the parcel we found that no poles was delivered. Again after a lot
Of fighting we received some poles on the 28th and some on the 30th of November.
The tent when opened was mouldy and musty. With marks. On Sunday it rained and we found that the tent is not waterproof. The tent is also badly made and a few of
The loops have pulled out so we cannot anchor the tent in any way. For every day we cannot use the tent we have to rent a tent and loose income in the process.
They are not taking any of our calls neither answering any emails. We also battled getting a VAT invoice from them (a hand written copy was eventually emailed)
