They are not true to their philosophy of "deliver prompt quality products & excellent after sales service". I bought a stretch tent and it was delivered and I discovered it had defects. I notified Noorie who told me to take the tent to Benoni. Took it there on the 18/09/13 till today I don't have my tent. It was enroute durban somehow ended up in Harrismith and I was told the truck will not drive just for my tent to come down to durban. It's the 22/10/13 and I still don't have my tent. Lots of emails and phone calls and most of the time I was told I am not the only one. When I purchased the tent I got calls from Noorie but now that the tent is at harrismith she is either not yet arrived or in meetings. I had to get legal advise and when the legal adviser called the office (17/10/13), she was told they are aware of my problem but I am not the only one with problems. The branch Manager who said he is Mohammed was very rude and shouted the entire time. My tent has not been fixed to date and no calls from Bargain tents. Part of the delay was blamed on a person who has been fired but he did not work at harrismith but benoni so why must I be part of internal problems?
