Dont get any feedback

I use to subscribe and download my report regularly. My subscription expired, I forgot my login details and have been trying to reset it without any luck. It has been more that 4 months now, each time they email new credentials and it doesn't work, phone call after phone call, no result! All I want to do is PAY you and download my report as usual.
