Useless website and poor service

I registered online to access my credit report monthly and the amount goes off every month, and has for the past two months and I have yet to access my credit report online. Each time I call I am told by the consultant that they will log a call to the relevant department, I have logged three calls thus far and received ZERO response, after being on the phone for almost 20 minutes each time. It is also unfair on the consultants to have to accept the abuse from irate clients such as myself, because they are not receiving the support they need in order to service the clients appropriately. I dont like to compare other companies service efficiency but I have never received such putrid service from Transunion. I registered with them to have access to my credit report monthly and the debit orders go off regularly and the website works, no PROBLEM!!! Then I tried to do the same thing with Experian and nothing but PROBLEMS!!! And nobody has contacted me at any point in order to resolve my problem. I dont believe I need to accept such shoddy service no matter what the amount or however small the service. The website should work end of story.
