Bad Attitude & No Delivery

Our company ordered goods from Nyko Manufacturing and paid for it in full more than 6 months ago. We received our Skin packing machine and a hand punch a few months later. Unfortunately we have still not received out pneumatic punch and after numerous phone calls, e-mails & sms's there is always some flimsy excuse. This morning by some miracle I managed to get hold of the owner and was told by him that I should stop calling them and that they will arrange for a refund at the end of the month. There are no word to describe the terrible service we have experienced from this company and to top it off, the fact that they tried to use such flimsy excuses for the inability to provide us with something we have paid for.
