Paid for goods - waiting 8 months for delivery!!!

On 22 December 2012 I ordered goods for a voucher I had received with a cellphone contract. Later that day I was contacted by Homemark advising me of a special they had on a cookware set. I agreed to the purchase. My credit card was debited that very same day with the amount of R2697.90 as well as the delivery fee of R178.70.
A few days later I received my order for the voucher, but where I had ordered 3 inversion femme and 2 remedy detox patches, I only received one of each. I contacted the call centre immediately and they advised that there had been a mistake, they would send the rest of the goods asap. They would also deliver the cookware set.
It has been 8 months since then. I have made numerous phone calls, everytime I am just told that the order has not yet been sent out, they will see that it gets sent immediately. No one can tell me what the hold up is. I have even sent an e-mail to the customer care centre, No response. I demand from Homemark to either deliver my outstanding good as per order number 1301663A as well as my cookware set, for which I have not even received an order number, or a full refund.
