For 3 days now I have been trying to do an online purchase and each time it bombs out. I emailed customer services, the day before yesterday, no response. I have just spoken to Bruno in their call centre, ( took ages to answer) he couldn't help. He gave me another JHB number (i'm in CT) to contact. Come on, is this the way to attract my custom?! I am busy and this is very irritating
