I tried to buy flowers online only to find out that the online retail experience is not possible across browsers (certain buttons drop-downs do not render); the call centre staff were incompetent and I was passed from person to person who were not able to help ior tranfer me to the relevant people.
Shocking experience from a digital retail experience and from a client services perspective. Appalling.
