RUINED MY PERSIAN RUG

I gave in my persian rug in for dry cleaning. It was in perfect condition it just needed a clean. We received it back and it was in a state. It was folded up, the corners were bent, the stitching was loose, the tussles were loose and the rope that is at the edges were coming loose. They are not willing to help us in any way, they decided to redo the stitching without our permission and we are supposed to be happy with that and smile and move on. They tried to repair it and now all of a sudden after the amendments want someone to come do a report on it, but they are trying to hide their faults.

I will never do business with them again. I will be taking legal action and I am warning everyone to not work with them, they do not ask our permission, they do not want to help us and they are not trying to fix the problem they are trying to hide it.
