Amazing Vouchers
USELESS!

I posted a complaint on Hello Peter stating that my mother has been trying to cancel her subscription for over a year now. Amazing Vouchers responded by saying they will look into the matter and come up with a resolve. THERE IS NO RESOLVE, WE WANT TO CANCEL AND WANT OUR MONEY BACK! That's the only solution I will be satisfied with. They seem to give this response to so many people (probably in an attempt to shut us up), but how often does something actually get done about it. They told us that the only reason they will accept for cancelling, is if my mother was retrenched, in which case they require a letter from her employer. that! I don't have to give anyone a reason for wanting to cancel. It is my money and I will do with it what I please! Does this company not seem to care that they have twice as many complaints against them than compliments. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE BY SOMEONE IN THAT COMPANY!
