OK Furniture in Sunnyside sold me a Lunar Collection loose carpet. Beautiful purple and pink, shiny, soft as clouds... I thought paying R1000-00 will be so worth it! The purchase took place about 6 months ago. In the first week the silver hairs came loose in tufts. I thought that it is normal.By a month in use all the silver was lost, and the remaining purple and pink hairs were coming loose too, and the smooth silky softness turned into frayed edges, no colour where it was pink before. Now the carpet is a disgrace and a nuisance, cleaning never helps, and I'm still paying it off...!!! I've tried contacting (phoning) Customer Service for about a month, reception answers but not the Customer Service management. Genuinely saddened and hopeless. On the OK Furniture Website they state they will replace or refund in the first 7 days after purchase.. Why is that? Is it because your products only keep your customers happy for a week then starts to wear out or give problems?
