Unethical Estage Agent

Riette Oosthuizen recruited me from Gumtree after seeing my CV. I have never been in the Estate Agent business but she told me it is not necessary. I started working there and within 3 months after spending R7000 on expenses with fuel, etc. sold 3 houses. Only 2 deals got bonds from a financial institutes. That was May 2012. Since then the properties got registered and commissions were paid out to Riette Oosthuizen, the principal, but upon asking her about my commission due to me according to my letter of appointment, she has an excuse of "I still have to register you at the Board before I can pay you" After numerous calls and still nothing is paid to me> Her excuse..."sorry I haven't register you at the Board and cannot pay you" She is not denying the fact that she received pay-out, but refuse to pay me? I think people must think twice before they do any business with her because personally I think she works unethical and keep all commissions to herself without doing any work.
