Ismail Oosthuizen - BAD SERVICE

Ismail Oosthuizen carried out some building works for us earlier this yr. Most of the work was satisfactory, and of a good standard, but he never finished all the building work; there is now damp in the bathroom; the fascia boards, door and window frames are peeling so badly, they need to be re-done (4 months later!) Mr. Oosthuizen has refused to attend to these issues.
We have tried to contact Mr. Oosthuizen on many occasions to no avail.
I would not recommend Mr. Oosthuizen, he does not keep to his word, and his chap's painting skills are atrocious.
