Dismissed Unfairly. Company not willing to pay me

I had a misunderstanding with my supervisor that was on the Aug 2011, cannot remember the date correctly.
As I explained to him that I do not like the way he is talking to me that was when everything went all wrong. Before I know it I received a suspension letter for 7 days waiting hearing date. Come the hearing date I was refused to be represented, the refused for my union shop steward to enter the hearing. I was dismissed on the day. When I remember well I do not have the verbal warning or written warnings. I was only paid R10 000 out of the R22 000 I earned every month.

When I enquired with the rest of the payment I was told the money will be available to me when I reach pension age of which it was not stated on the contract.
According to the contract they must give the medical exit to prove the I was well when I left the company and I was not given to. Within the 3 monts of dismisal I got ill till now. I tried labour with no luck. When I go to enquire again at the compay they tell me they do not know me. I need u to help me find conclusion to this as I am not fit to work anywhere else bcos of my health. Please Help I have to kids to look after and a single parent.
