Slandering your good name? Facts are facts. The vehicle was brought back to you 11 times in the first 3 months I purchased it. Marius said, and I quote "You cannot buy a car and want it exchanged, it doesn't work like that, you are stuck with the car" Kilikor Motors refused to attend the concilation meetings at the NCC, why? They have not made me any offers - They are liars! Yet you have prayer meetings on the premises! I have a right to complain!!! The strangest thing is that you dismissed your mechanic because he could not fix the problem... exact words out of your booking man Riaan mouth! You did NOT make me an offer of any kind! I quote your letter dated 6.1.2012... We confirm that the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to the following if the transaction occurred BEFORE the effective date. In other words, indirectly you admit screwing me out of my hard earned money, but you telling me up yours and up NCC because it happened before they came into power! DANMAR instructed you to replace the driver side suspension and you refused! So don't tell me not to slander your good name! Would you like me to publish a copy of your letter?
