No service, waste of taxpayers money!

Tenant lodged a complaint with tribunal. After mediation failed, tribunal subpoena's both the land lord and tenant to appear in tribunal hearing. The dates for the subpoena was wrong on that of the land lord, and the tenant did not pitch at first hearing. After trying for two weeks daily to get information of why my subpoena was dated incorrectly, I was given a bad attitude speech from a tribunal member. They stated that I had not reason to be so upset for being sent a incorrectly dated subpoena and loosing a day of leave.

In the weeks I called 4 times daily and got passed from Mr. Zain, Mr Dedrik, Miss Zulu and finally Miss Betty to only be told that my complaint is noted, and a new date will be set. I even laid an official complaint at the Gauteng government website. Still no response on my complaint. Today (18-07-2013) the tenant did not pitch for a second time at the hearing. And the tribunal simply dismissed the case without further action against tenant. It is at the tribunal's discretion if they want to lay charges for ignoring a subpoena.

Do not take the tribunal serious, it;s a joke.
