Ever since i got my samsung s4 there has been problems with the 8ta store in middelburg and the staff.
now my battery has died on me. not in middelburg nor witbank are there battery`s for sale.
according to the first 8ta employee at the call centre "they dont cover the battery on warrentee"
the second employee from witbank told me its covered for 24 months.
SAMSUNG told me its covered for 6 months.
i am at work from 6 am till 6 pm. try and get hold of the people at 8ta middelburg... good luck. unreachable
so how am i going to solve this problem that i have an R9000 phone and cant use it?
