Totally unacceptable

With regards to the H1 destiny phone that I got back, the phone is starting with problems this is totally unacceptable really.
Firstly the phone gets so hot when on charge I don't think it should get that hot.
Secondly I tried connecting to whatsapp and my phone keeps asking me the time and date I have put in the correct time and date and still no luck.
I don't want this phone repaired as this will be the second one and I am not happy. I think it will be better if you come collect the phone and arrange for a refund

I really feel like I am getting disappointed by your service a lot lately, I want a refund.
