Most disgusting service ever received!!!

I sent a karcher machine in to powertek to check what is wrong with it and to quote me on a repair. a few days later they dropped the machine off to me with an invoice for the repair done. I did not ask them to fix it, all i asked for was a quote. a woman phoned me a few days later as I did not pay them yet as I did not ask for it to be repaired. when i told her the story and she insisted i was wrong, i told her that they give service. then the owner, stuart came on the phone and told me that he will come and me up and break my kneecaps for saying they have service. i complained to the karcher centre with no response. today stuart phones me and when i told him he is an @sshole for swearing me like that and i want a written apology for the way he spoke to me, he said i'm a c*nt and he will come k me up. a while later he sends one of his big built workers here to come "sort me out" and collect the money.. I have never ever received such disgusting service in my life.
