Signed up contract with Weava Cell and received socalled new Blackberry, which bombed out - after calling them, they arranged collection with their courier and then could not "locate" the phone at their premises? I was wrong by not adding a piece of paper to confirm that the phone died on me and when trying to switch on nothing happens, only a red light. But I have called so many times since the 30th July when phone was collected and spoke to Khamo & Ray respectively, the same questions / same story every time. This morning I spoke to Annelise and explained to her as well, the most annoying part is that they promise to call back and never have they called me yet? If customer service is not part of the intial contract, please confirm this to clients and the additional amount to be paid to get some customer service. I would think airtime is not a problem for them to make calls? Anyway, bottomline, I would like to cancel the contract NOW. Placing stop on the debit order today, and never want to deal with them ever again!!!
