Irritating endless calls

I have been receiving calls from this number 011 362 5080. the person says hello and just keeps quite. I've googled the number and it belongs to the Hellenic church/Hellenic community of Spring. They have been calling me since year 2011 and still no one says anything on the phone. sometime they call more than 5 times a day and this is quite irritating and im planning to open a case against them because im sick and tired and i dont know what they want from me.
