I took faulty Russell Hobbs kettle to Games, Rosebank, JHB on 4th July 2013 after Russell Hobbs never responded to my email dated 26 March 2013 which was deleivered the same day. Many phone calls to an inaffective Games customer service and Manager who promises to get back to me I am still waiting on the expensive RUSSELL HOBBS ILLUMINATING GLASS KETTLE to be returned to me after authorising the R128, 59 repair on 30th July 2013 when Games finally came back to me. Today 22 August now 5 months later and I still do not have my kettle returned, so much for Games and Russell Hobbs' service.
