No Accountability and detoriating Service

This is a company that was formed to address a very real need in the market - sadly they seemed to have lost focus that they are there to supply a service.
They have changed to their terms - obviously to save cost - such that there are now significantly more limited hours when you can call for a driver. Often the wait is extreme, as they have obviously also cut back on drivers.

After I had enough of this and cancelled my contract with one of their managers, they found a way to once again show their lack of customer focus. My account was not cancelled - the reason... although yes they acknowledge that I spoke to a manager I did not put it in writing as per their T&C and therefor not cancelled. Did the manager I spoke to tell me I needed to do this? No!
Did they admit to any wrong-doing? No - just threatened to sue me.

I suggest if you are looking for a driver service you look else-where, as this really is not a company you would want to rely on!
