Weava Cell
Second complaint!

Mr Theron and I exchanged various emails regarding a contract which had been cancelled and which Weava cell acknowledged but was still deducting debit orders in respect of. Despite refunding me last month and various emails and smses confirming that no further deductions would occur, a further debit order went off my account today. This amounts to an unauthorised deduction and an illegal act. Please provide me with an urgent refund and please also make an enquiry as to who at Weava cell is failing and / or neglecting to do their job since that person needs to be disciplined and fired!
