AFROX gets it wrong again

I have had some financial troubles, all considering I have paid R4000 off my account. I have still recieved letters From Afrox stating that I owe them over R8000 and they will be handing the account over to Legal. They just do not take into account the payments before sending out legal letters.
Their response is that it is done via an electronic system, I find this totally unacceptable, as if it is an electronic system it should then pick up the payment as reflected on my account. If the credit controller can pick up the payment as received then why can't all their fancy computers pick it up?
This is also not the first time Afrox has not got it right in their Accounting department, this type of mess up has been going on for years.
I have been frustrated for the final time, I have found a new and cheaper supplier!
