Still waiting

I was send a package from the US and the USPS issued me with a tracking number (LN404681203US). According to their records the parcel was send 7 Feb 2013. Up to this date I have failed to obtain any local tracking number, there is no answer at the 0860111502 number given to me and no record of the parcel on [URL Removed] The 0119616000 number also goes unanswered and the Local post office employees can offer no alternatives.
