Without even going into details, this is now the FOURTH time in a row that I have been told that my washing machine will be picked up and guess what, NOBODY shows up, no phone call to inform me, they just don't pitch. They were supposed to come yesterday, this time round they didn't even call to apologise / make alternative arrangements, they just "forgot" about me...

Really Bergens, is this how you treat your customers???
