I have upgraded from a phone contract to a data contract, the local dealer couldnt get stock in (about 2 weeks now), so I did my upgrade over the phone, very quick and nice, got my device within 2 days (WELL DONE) that is were the good service stopped. Since The 30th of December I am trying to get my TAB's sim card activated, without any success. 1. When I received my device I phone customer care to activate my sim swob, they told me keep the device of for 2-24 hours, I did it, just to relise, its not activated, phone them again, ok I have to rica my sim swob, so I went to the branch, did it, ok I have to wait another 2-24 hours, I did it, just to see, oeps, again no activation, phone customer care again, they cant tell me what went wrong, but they will logg a call and I have to wait another 2-24 hours. So please people before you go to MTN please be aware of this
