False advertising and disgusting service

Scrap-a-doodles advertised, on their website, that they had 250 photo-corners in a pack for R32.91, which resulted in me purchasing 8 packs for my wedding invitations. 2 days later I received my package, and to my surprise, there were only 108 in a pack. When I contacted them enquiring about the discrepancy, I was told that there was an error on the website, and they changed the details on the website, while I was on the phone with them. When I tried to get someone to assist me in rectifying this mistake, Roulien, the receptionist gave me the most disgusting service I ever received in my life. When I asked to speak to someone, I was blatantly told NO, and had the phone hung up on me. I then called back and STILL she wouldn't allow me to speak to someone that could assist me. She was rude and disrespectful. I sent an email requesting that someone contact me in order to rectify this, but I still haven't gotten any response or a phone call. I am utterly disappointed in not only the service, but the manner in which they deal with their clients. I spent money, expecting to receive that which I ordered, instead I received ridiculous service and no word from anyone from the company.
