Terrible service on Fiesta pricing query

I have gone to a Ford dealership for a qoute on the new Fiesta 1. Ecoboost Titanium with the Titanium Option Pack included. But when I received the qoute, leather seats was charged as an additional extra on top of the Option Pack, but on the Fiesta brochure that I received from the sales consultant as well as on the Ford website the the heated leather seats are included in the Titanium Option Pack and states clearly that features cannot be purchased seperately. But when i took this up with the dealership, I was told that it is not included but it is black on white on the brochure and website.
I phone Ford customer services to clear up this situation since I wont pay more for a feature if it is stated to be included in the Option Pack. I was told that I will be called back on numerous times but not once have I been called back to be given feedback on the situation or the final outcome. It has been more than week since my first email and phone call.
I find it totally unacceptable from a respected brand. I still keen on purchasing a Fiesta but only after the situation is resolved and that the Heated Leather Seats are included in the Titanium Option Pack as is stated on the website.
