I purchased VO5 curl scrunching spray, only to find that since VO5 has changed the bottle colour as well as the scent of the product, the product no longer produces the results that it once did. This product is now a waste of time and money, yet it used to be my most favourite and the BEST curling product on the market!!! I emailed VO5 to complain and say that the product no longer worked the same, simply stating that the bottle i have, is just fuller than about half, as i thought i would give the product chance to work, as maybe it waS UNSATISFYING due to weather conditions or the way i was styling my hair, Rishie Poonsamy replied, apologising and asked for an address where he could have the product collected from me and i could receive vouchers for Unilever products. when i sent the pick-up address, i reminded him that the bottle was just more than half full, after which i received a response to say, he is sorry, but that will not help and they will no longer collect the product or leave me with vouchers. this proves that there is no consistency and confirms that VO5 products have gone down along with their customer service
