I have been a Puck n Pay customer for years now and must say the level f customer service keeps going up. Yesterday I bought my Flora buttery from your Southgate branch, thank you so much David. On my way home I decided to go via your Diepkloof branch to buy a cake for our fund raising event, unfortunately it was out of stock, but Itumeleng went out of his way to assist, he promised me my cake will be ready by 8 this morning, but by 7, I already had a message my cake was ready.
