Groupon special Mani Pedi _ my worst purchase yet!

Had a mani & pedi (bought via Groupon) today. What an aweful experience. Firstly when i got there, the owner (an Iranian woman) told me that i had phoned and cancelled my appointment, then the Indian lady (not SA) supposedly the nail technician who was busy doing somebody's hair came to support the owner and insist that i had rescheduled for another day. i calmly pointed out to them showing them my details which still appeared scheduled for today at the time that i had myself diarised on my side. they kept showing me someone else's details who had moved their appointment; and didn't bother to apologise when they realised their mistake. anyway the Indian lady (from India) said she will do me and the Iranian woman volunteered to finish the other lady's hair. probablyi the most miserable people I've ever encountered. the indian lady continued to "do" me in the most haphazard manner without a smile or any friendliness whilst a conversation in their vernacular continued between the owner (the Iranian woman) and her husband above the music - none of them smile., coldest place ever - i couldnt wait to get out of there!!!
