Poor & Inappropriate Service At Enchanted Day Spa

Booked a spa treatment for Mum (53)&Gran (76). Their 1st spa treatment & neither will go back. The address given on the net was deserted & had to call, to be informed that they had moved. New address, was difficult to locate-no sign board. Once there, no one to assist us, eventually a masseuse arrived & said we would be assisted shortly.30 min later mum & gran were collected. Not the relaxing spa atmosphere, No refreshments, soothing music or incense. I explained that gran had undergone a mastectomy & was not comfortable exposing her chest, they acknowledged that they understood. On returning 1hr 45min later, the owner was present & I voiced my dissatisfaction about the relocation & the difficulty finding them. Her excuse: they had only moved a week ago & I should have been called! before reopening they should have been fully operational. Mum & Gran commented that they didn't seem to know what to do & spoke in Zulu throughout the treatment, part of which included the removal of towels & exposing & massaging the chest area in an inappropriate & uncomfortable manner. This was not the experience we expected, I advise future patrons be wary as the service is questionable & the name of the spa misleading!
