RUDE AND CLUELESS OWNER

I went in to redeem my Groupon Voucher and the Owner was the one who will do my nails for the appointment. Upon arrival very unfriendly lady with a foreign accent showed me my sit. Upon cleaning my nails I advised her that she is doing it incorrectly and damaging my nails as well as hurting my skin with the nail filer. She then started shouting at me and was very rude and told me to get out of her Salon. I told her as a client I am allowed to voice my discomfort and also when the service provided is below par.
She should never have clients in there if she is that Rude with no proper language and Etiquette as to how clients are to be treated. I left with my nails half done and no refund. Never been ill treated in this manner before.
