Cut offs due to faulty connections in our street

Morning. I would like to report our great disappointment to ESKOM. Our account is up to date yet we experience power cut offs every day. And this is due to faulty connections in some of our neighbours houses. We have been reporting this through out winter at the customer service centre telephonically, and all we are receiving from them is 'reference numbers'. No ne is coming to the problem and begin the process of maybe helping us or deal with the house holds that are coursing the problem...

What's frustrating is that our account is up to date. our home address is number 3827A Zone 3 Diepkloof, code 1862... This has been going on for years and we are sick and tired of this because in the process our electric appliances are getting damaged in the process, young children are also at risk of getting injured since they see the power supply being forever open due to other neighbours trying to put back on the power supply...
