We stay our on a Small Holding just outside of Northam, Limpopo. We had a thunderstorm on Friday night. With every thunderstorm a power outage occurs. With every power outage, the technician who restores the power, restores the power to single fase only. Everytime we have to phone them and tell them that the power supply is only running on single fase. The call centre staff does not even know what that means. It takes them 6 hours every time just to get the power supply back to running on three fases. The power outage occured on Saturday morning @ 3am. It is now 7am Sunday morning. We still do not have power, after reporting it 6 times. We are running a business from home. Who is going to pay for our opperating hours lost? Who is going to pay for our defrosted goods??? Who is going to pay for our appliances that pack up everytike the power is running only on single fase??? I feel totally and utterly helpless. Please help us.
