3 1/2 hours to do a 1 hour jo

I needed some photocopying done, and the staff at 3@1 in Ferndale Village said it will take 1 hour. I returned to the shop two-and-a-half hours later and it was still not done. The lady at the shop said she needs an additional 45 minutes. I returned again, and they still weren't finished!

I hung around, and once she eventually finished (after about 10 minutes), I had to wait some more as the staff members started to debate among themselves on what the bill should be.

Furthermore, the photocopying was badly done.

So there was bad work, which took too long to do, and staff members who don't know the price of their own services. Is this what passes for service at this store?
