Shocking service again!

Earlier this evening (19:03 to be exact) I received a call from KFC Ballito apologising for their shocking service I had complained about to HelloPeter on 1 March. Since I was out at the time of the call, my boyfriend and I decided to test whether their service had improved (as they had promised it would) We arrived there and it took almost 10 minutes to acknowledge our presence (after phoning their shop to get their attention). When we'd finally ordered, we waited a further 20 mins for our food. During the wait, a lady came into the store complaining she'd been in the drive thru for 20 mins without service. We mentioned to the staff that we found their service appalling and they all proceeded to laugh in our faces when we said we were going to report them and that we had their names. The lady from the drive thru appeared again, after going home to find that her burgers weren't made properly - they were missing the bottom bun! We were the 4th set of people to complain about service in a half an hour period. I think this KFC needs to be under new management - there is a problem with these staff members! We are well known in the Ballito area and will be sure to tell EVERYONE we know.
