My sister is only 21 years old, she had a previous job but with certain circumstances she had to resign. She has been applying for jobs waiting for a interview. The above company called her in for a interview. Firstly they never stated on the advert that they require a non-smoker for the position. When they found out that she was a smoker, they began questioning her reasons for smoking and quote "At her age what stresses could she have to justify her smoking", to my idea a interview should be about the job that was applied for; out of the whole interview they asked her one question relating to the job. They then carried on being vindictive towards her. They draw a picture of a 5 litre water bottle and a 3 litre water bottle and told her to show them where 4 Litres will be, they then asked her "from point A to Point B driving at 100km/h how long would it take you to get to Point B. And the absolute classic (which i would still love the answer to), What is the difference between a Girl Friday and a Girl Sunday. Could anyone tell me what these questions have to do with a Call centre position? They even made her wait for 20 minutes, the guy who did the interview was unfriendly and rude
