I applied for a learnership programme with company, and went for the assessment test and the interview on the 24th of January. now my problem is for the final interview i was never called. only on friday the 15th of february at 8:30, a lady calls me (probably one of the managers). she says to me i was suppose to be having an interview with them, i told her i was never informed of such arrangement. she then says they will cancel it and hangs up. After an hour the person who was suppose to cal me calls and tells me that i never answered my phone, im like i never received any call. she said it was probably a network thing. Now why on earth would you book someone for an interview and you never even bothered to call them. This woman (Yolanda_ i believe thats her name) is clearly incompetent and lazy. Why bother even taking our email addresses if you not going to use them and why not live a voicemail. Maybe she just didnt like how my name sounded. whatever the case may be, this still shows the level of incompetence. please UTI next time hire hard working people who know their jobs. how hard can it be to call someone?
