"#957492"Failure to fulfill payment

Hi,

I would like to complain about the service I've been receiving from "Tell Us About It" with regards to payments for the surveys that i have completed, is almost 3 months now querying payments as they have been accumulating my points but i don't get the payments and the funny thing is they keep on sending more surveys that i don't have a problem with because i complete and i enjoy giving views on particular goods&services.

The last email i received from one of their agents is dated 30th January 2013 and this is how it reads:
Hi Blessing

We see you do have points accumulated and should get paid if all the surveys have closed in the next payment match within the next week.

Please don't miss out on your rewards and try and access the surveys before they close. The GoGreen project has just reopened so try and complete it within the next few days if you can.
