Disgusting service compromising our futures

Myself (S.Kerr) and 3 colleagues were officially registered with the HPCSA on 28/01/13. after submitting ALL our original documentation as per the requirements of the HPCSA registration process. These documents were physically handed in at your offices whereby we were all registered on the same day. After learning that the committee had sat to approve the internship programmes we queried the status of our programmes telephonically, only to learn that our programmes were not included in the sitting but lost by the Registrar. Ms S. Kesari contacted the HPCSA to clear up this matter. The communication telephonically and via email then commenced as from May this year. Today is the 13th August and this matter has not been finalised. BOARD EXAMS NEED TO BE WRITTEN IN [URL Removed] with your offices has been driven by ourselves with very few if any responses other than some cryptic messages such as "I have dealt with your email and deal with it accordingly" ( Caroline &Tamlyn 14/6/13); "no response from committee members" (Tamlyn 26/6/13); Feedback to revise our programmes (Tamlyn 3/7/13); revised programmes sent (Serena 4 July). If not resolved THIS WEEK, I will approach the media.
