Airport Parking Service (storewell)
3 weeks-still no refund for a service not rendered

Three weeks ago I used Airport Parking Services to pick up my car and return it to me at the airport while I was away for the weekend. An added service they offer is a full valet for R300. So convenient! Reviews looked good so I used them. I paid up front and I found the company was very efficient up to this point.

When my car was returned to me, the valet was not done. Disappointing to say the least but not the end of the world. I just wanted the R300 back. Little did I realise how difficult this would prove to be! When I finally got a response from the GM, there was no apology and a seemingly empty promise of depositing the money into my account that day - now 5 days ago, still no money.

What do I do now?
